Uninstall and hide these updates from some Windows 7 & 8 versions. Don’t know about 10.
Some might be present, others not.

Run CMD as administrator.
Type wusa /uninstall /kb:KB2990214 /quiet /norestart
Repeat with the rest.
Run windows update.
Unselect and hide each one when they reappear.
